Bronze Bull Spirits Bourbon Whiskey Batch #7, a limited release of 1200 bottles, is sourced from an American Crafted mash bill using 5 and 6 year Bourbon Whiskey. Selected Barrels are fractionally blended by hand in North Carolina, with double barrel finishing in Armagnac and Orange Liqueur barrels.

AROMA
Fruity & Floral with warm spice notes
PALATE
Pear, plum notes, sweet orange peel with notes of vanilla, toffee and cinnamon
FINISH
Lovely round finish with warming flavors of walnuts and caramel

72% Corn, 22% Rye, 6% Malted Barley
BLENDING & DISTILLATION
Blend of 1 cask of 5 year Bourbon from Indiana, 2 casks of 6 year Bourbon from Kentucky and 1 cask of 8 year old bourbon from Indiana. Column Distillation
BARRELING & FINISHING
Aged in New American Oak #3 Char Barrels, finished in French Armagnac barrels for 11 months and French Orange Liqueur barrels for 11 months.
