Whirligarden Spirits is inspired by the Whirligig Park in Wilson, NC, where much of our story starts and where our largest distillery will be based. The twirling art behind a whirligig begins with a humble idea, the tenacity to handcraft and the will to make something inspiringly beautiful. Whirligarden Gin is a blend between creative art and innovative distilling. The slow distilled expression of botanicals on whey and corn spirit using pot still distillation and rotary evaporation, delivers a crisp, fresh flavor perfect for a cocktail or martini.

Navy Strength Gin
Whirligarden Gin is the blend between creative art and innovative distilling. The slow distilled expression between botanicals on whey and corn spirit, using pot still distillation and rotary evaporation, delivers a crisp fresh flavor, perfect for a cocktail or a martini. A balance of juniper, coriander and angelica are blended with a medley of citrus peel and macerated in primarily whey spirits. The blend is re-distilled through a vapor infusion of jasmine with a final addition of cold distilled yuzu to produce a citrus and floral forward gin with a long finish.
