Fancy grade molasses is both double copper pot batch distilled and column distilled, aged in Bourbon and Rye Whiskey barrels, then both styles are married to create the best flavor expression.

Louisiana, Guatemalan Francy Grade Molasses, and Evaporated Cane Juice fermented using 3 different yeast strains.
BLENDING & DISTILLATION
Distilled on Column and Copper Potstills and aged in dumped Rye Whiskey and Bourbon barrels.
FILTRATION
Light filtration to retain flavor profile.
