Cap & Cane Spirits is a collection of small-batch rums distilled and bottled at our distillery in Durham.  Each bottle tells a story of two great companions, curiosity and adventure. The journey of our rums starts in Latin America and the Caribbean, where sugar cane is cultivated to be transformed into the rum’s heart and soul.  Once in North Carolina, it is carefully transformed into rum through double pot distillation in our two copper pot stills.
