Gracious Garden Absinthe Superieure is the latest in a centuries old tradition of this mythic libation. Macerated and distilled with green anise, fennel and grand wormwood. A second stage maceration is done with hyssop, bay leaves, and roman wormwood.

With water the Absinthe creates a beautiful louche effect as the flavor compounds come together and express a luminescent and vibrant green hue. The water and sugar anise tastes candied, and the lemon balm spreads out on the palate.
