Cold-Distilled Vodka
Slate Belt Cold Distilled Citrus Vodka is thoughtfully constructed using a base spirit of Whey & Corn spirits combined with a melange of citrus peels to create a refreshing expression of aroma and flavor. Satsuma mandarin, yuzu, lemon, orange and lime peels, are macerated then distilled using complimenting cold distillation to layer a beautiful balance of citrus perfect for a martini, on the rocks as an addition to a Spritz.

PRODUCTION NOTES
BASE SPIRIT
50% whey neutral spirits, 50% corn neutral spirits. Lemon, Orange, Grapefruit, Yuzu, Bergamot and fresh Satsuma peel.
BLENDING & DISTILLATION
Whey and corn neutral spirits blended, then re-distilled to 95% on our copper pot stills, maceration of skins and rotary evaporation.
FILTRATION
First filtration through Carolina Slate and second filtration through charcoal.
