Cold-Distilled Grapefruit Vodka
Slate Belt Cold Distilled Grapefruit Vodka is a premium, craft vodka made from a blend of 50% whey and 50% corn spirits, which are distilled to 96% ABV, then combined with fresh and dried peels to create a juicy and refreshing expression of delicately tangy grapefruit. Using three different infusion methods – maceration, vaporization and cold distillation -- grapefruit is layered into the naturally sweet vodka canvas to create a balanced vodka with a surprisingly smooth finish. Awarded 96 points from the 2025 International Wine & Spirit Competition and a Silver from the American Distilling Institute.

Slate Belt Spirits Whey and Corn Vodka
BLENDING & DISTILLATION
The peels from hundreds of fresh grapefruits are cold distilled to achieve the fresh and bright grapefruit flavor. Dried grapefruit peel is then macerated in vodka and distilled to create a super concentrated grapefruit spirit. Finally, each distilled component is blended with Slate Belt Spirits Vodka to achieve the perfect balance of Grapefruit deliciousness.
FILTRATION
Slate Belt Spirits Vodka is filtered through activated carbon for a pure flavor. Finished Grapefruit Vodka is then filtered through large pieces of NC slate.
